Thank you both.  This is exactly the information I wanted.  Hmm...  I have her emigrating to Ontario in 1906, in the Okanagan, BC in 1911 and now in Saskatchewan in 1921 (hubby and son were buried in Errington, Vancouver Island in 1930 and 1943)  That family moved around a lot.

I just checked the passenger list at Library and Archives Canada.  I only have a subscription to Ancestry.co.uk, so I'm guessing this was on Ancestry.ca.  I was able to find her on the ship's list going the other way to England, but not coming back.  I'm thrilled!  Thanks again.

This could be the son of Stanley Horsnell and Minnie Russell - John born 23 October 1939 Port Alberni, British Columbia.  Father Standley Horsnell (as transcribed) and Minnie Russell passed away 4 October 1969 - Port Alberni, British Columbia - Married -
Name of Cemetery Royal Oak.

Have you tried Vancouver Island Library to see if you can locate obits for Arthur and Henry Horsnell in Errington ?  They seem to have an "Ask the Librarian" link - the libraries are usually very good and prompt with information if they can locate it.
