There are numerous Mary Ann Ainsworth marriages on FreeBMD, including one in Aston in 1880 to Joseph Scott Robinson or George Herbert A Smith.

Keyboard has posted whilst I was typing & looks like a good find.  Is there a reason why you don't think this one is correct?

i really have no idea apart from the original post. the parents of mary ann died in 1878 and 1881 and the older siblings walter , stephen and charles were all married. the youngest children minnie . albert and eliza kinda of disappeared . we found a entry for elia susor and a minnie as servants. albert was in coleshill cottage homes we think as albert ensor. this is another thing as well  the surname ensor/ hainsworth and ainsworth were all transcribed even their parents emma and stephen on marriage certificate was ensor
