... Michael is resident at Kiltyhave?

Probably the townland of Kiltybane a.k.a. Lisleitrim in the civil parish of Newtownhamilton, County Armagh.

Griffiths Valuation has several Daniel Garveys in County Armagh, 3 of these in Newtownhamilton civil parish, one of the 3 in Kiltybane, this Daniel is in a house for which the immediate lessor is a Sarah Garvey. The print date for the area is 1864.

... Witnesses are Rosena C Kernan and Lawrence Garvey.

Have a look at this Lawrence Garvey born 3 July 1869 (GRONI online confirms this), parents Daniel Garvey and Catherine Conlon:

https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:F5K1-S4W

Also consider this Will Calendars index entry on the PRONI website:

Garvey Laurence of Kiltybane county Armagh farmer died 24 March 1944 Probate Belfast 1 August to Patrick McMahon farmer. Effects £42 15s.

GRONI online has the civil death record, his reported age was 74.

The RootIreland website has a number of Co. Armagh baptisms for this Daniel Garvey-Catherine Conlon couple, including a "Mick Garvey" baptised 1860.

Granted, this is a bit earlier than the 1867 shown in the Liverpool census returns and unfortunately it is pre civil registration of births, but it is still worth considering, given the other emerging evidence such as the Kiltybane marriage address and father's name of Daniel.

The RootsIreland website is subscription based, it also has an 1857 marriage for this Daniel Garvey-Catherine Conlon couple.  Familysearch also has a Patrick Garvey born 1873 to this couple (GRONI Online confirms this):

NLI has the following Lower Creggan baptism on 24 August 1860 for "Mick of Dan Garvey & Cath Conlon", right page, about 7th baptism down:

And the following Upper Creggan Garvey-Conlon marriage on 22 November 1857 (left page, 4th marriage up):

Gaffy,
Thank you so much, I really appreciate the amount of effort you've gone to. So much info on a branch of the family that I've been struggling to advance for ages.
I have requested the Donaghy-Kernan marriage cert.

Good stuff, post the information from the Donaghy-Kernan marriage if you like, in case the fathers' names / occupations open up something.  :)

Got the copy cert for marriage of Henry Donaghy and Margaret Kernan at Castleblayney on 24/06/1875. Henry is 24, a labourer residing at Drumgorse? His Father Henry is recorded as alive and Farmer. Margaret is 23 also a labourer (ditto mark) residing Tullyrahan, her father Frank is dead and was a Farmer. Witnesses are Bernard Callan and Margaret Kernan.

I have found the couple on the 1901 and 1911 census of Ireland at Church Hill, Tullyrahan, Castleblayney. In 1901 Henry is listed as a Shoemaker and in 1911 as a Farmer.
