seeking family of edward lee

seeking any information on Edward lee or family please.
Edward according to the 1871 census of Birmingham was born in ,
 his Shropshire in approx. 1823 as he gives is age as 48 in 1971.
cannot find anything about  h   him or his family before his marriage in Birmingham.

Hi,

Possible marriage in Dec qtr 1846 in Birmingham Reg'n District.
Edward LEE to Ann Maria PUGH [see 1851 census for the Pugh connection]

On the 1851 census, Edward, age 26 and Maria, age 24 are in Birmingham.
They have a 1 year daughter Maria.
Also listed with them is a 'sister' Sarah PUGH, age 20.
Everyone listed as being born in Birmingham.

On the 1861 census, Edward, age 35 and Maria, age 29 are in Birmingham.
Now they have two children. Maria age 12 and Caroline age 3.
Everyone listed as being born in Birmingham.

In 1881, Edward is still stating he was born in Birmingham.

On the marriage his father is listed as John LEE occ:Blacksmith. The witnesses were Francis and Sophia LEE.

Married on 8 November 1846 at St. Martin, Birmingham.
Edward LEE to Ann Maria PUGH.

Their children MAY include some or all of the following.
You obviously need to investigate if children not on the census, perhaps died or were living elsewhere.

Baptism at St. Martin, Birmingham on 3 Jan 1848. Born 19 Oct 1847.
Sarah Ann, daughter of Edward & Maria.

Baptism at Bishops Ryder, Birmingham on 5 May 1850.
Maria, daughter of Edward & Maria.

Baptism at St. Mark's, Birmingham on 30 July 1854.
Edward, son of Edward & Maria, Coal Dealer of Nelson St.

Baptism at St. Mark's, Birmingham on 29 Oct 1856.
Thomas, daughter of Edward & Maria.

Baptism at St. Mark's, Birmingham on 31 Oct 1858.
Caroline, daughter of Edward & Maria.

Baptism at St. Chad's, Birmingham on 5 July1863.
Elizabeth, daughter of Edward & Maria.

Baptism at Christ Church, Birmingham on 5 April 1868.
Frederick George, son of Edward & Maria.
