Am looking for her parents & siblings if any.  She married one of my uncles in Canada.  Have her Marriage & Death in Toronto with appropriate documentation, but would like her birth record of possible.
Researching Smith from Shetland, Herd from Arboath, Whittier, Combs from England & Wales plus Albrecht (Albright), Carkner (Kirchner) & Syrnyk (Syrnick) from Prussia. Laurenson in South Africa

Are you sure about the surname?

I'm not seeing anything on either FreeBMD or Cornwall OPC Database?

There is, however, this baptism:
8th March 1872, at St Mary Magdalene, Launceston

Elizabeth Ann Lane, of Ridge Grove, an adult baptism



The following births were registered in Launceston Registration District in the last half of 1872:
Elizabeth Ann Tucker
Elizabeth Ann Adams
Elizabeth Ann Wills
Elizabeth Ann Worden

No Luney at all?!

Am not sure of name, but that is what is shown on her death certificate.  Could be Loney or Looney.  She came to Canada & married my great Uncle when she was about 25.  It shows her parents names as James & Sophia & guess it could Looney, Loney, Louney??  Unsure.


Am wondering if I can post her marriage certificate on-line?  Not sure of the legalities.

Oh oh  - date of baptisms seems wrong unless Elizabeth lied about her age.  I show her born in 1872! Can you check again & see if you got that right?

 Hi  ,   I  checked those baptism dates for  you   ,  and  it  definitely  said 14 May 1868 ,    for  Elizabeth  and  4 of her  siblings
