could someone point me in the right place to find out the whereabouts of the admission records for may place please? im looking for an Elizabeth Hewitt that was resident there in the 1891 cencus, im hoping the records give info regarding who her parents where (to check she is the right person) and what her crime was thanks.

National archives have some, but what i not sure?
