Please can someone see if there is a marriage certificate for an Annie Sparke Rush to a George Rose in 1850 in Alverstoke please?

Not sure what you're asking for, so I'll answer with what I have:

FreeBMD has a marriage in 1850 between George Rose and Annie Sharkes Rush at Alverstoke.

If you want an actual/physical certificate, then you have to either buy it, or be incredibly lucky that somebody already has it and is here and reads this thread

You seem to have the wrong County, Alverstoke is in Hampshire not Kent.

As has already been said, you will need to buy the certificate, they are not on line.
