William and Rosina would seemed to of been married in 1951 in Aylesbury but if it is the correct marriage her name was spelt Rosannah Thorn

Well Florence is down as 3 in the 1901 census and classed as a border so i'm thinking if she was there grandchild or so on she would of surely been classed as that? I thought getting Ruby's birth cert might have shed some light on things but its just seems to have caused more shade so far  :-\

On one of the censuses it states that William and Catherine got married in 1900, i found a possilbe marriage in Aylesbury in 1900 for William Tomlin and a Catherine Basstock Bailey i say possible because on the 1911 census it states Catherine as a Cathering Baselock Tomlin so i'm wondering if its been transcribed incorrectly

Yes i found a possible marriage in 1889 and her name was Catherine Bastock Adams if this lady is related to me it would seem she really liked weddings because then i looked her up with that info and she's married to Henry Adams in 1881 it would seem like its her because the year and place of birth is the same

My speculative summary....

As suggested, the two Bowser births registered Aylesbury in 1924 & 1929 are (half?) siblings to Ruby.  The Bowser b 1924 died 31.05.2009. The other sibling is quite possibly still living. She appears on the electoral roll as recently as 2005 under her 1956 marriage surname.  If you confirm the mother of the 1924 birth is Florence Helen Bowser, I think you may find quite a few living relatives.

The James Chapman you can see on the 1901 census is the father of Florence Helen Bowser.  A James Thomas Chapman marries an Ellen Bowser Q3 1903 at St. John the Evangelist, Whitchurch.  I suspect Florence Helen was the illegitimate daughter of Ellen who later went on to marry James.  Ellen will be related (g-daughter?) to the Jane Bowser [Watson] b c1833.  Rosina somehow got enumerated twice.

All speculation but very plausible.

No idea how the Tomlins fit in.
