Manage to sort out my notes and do have all the information you list.
Sorry to put you to unnecessary trouble as the details were supplied to a earlier post of mine by 'ciderdrinker'. He also confirms marriage to Ann Dodd in Nantwich 29.04.1748 by licence.
Re Oxfordshire, my direct ancestor is Ann Maizey b. 1785 in Hanborough daughter of James Maizey and Jane Hanwell.
