There is a baptism of an Agnes Carter 1858, St Michael & All Angels, Tettenhall Regis.
Mother - Harriett

Harriett is on the 1861 with Agnes, therefore it would appear that Harriett was not married when she had Agnes.

The baptism record is available on FindMyPast.

Father - Joseph Carter
Spouse - William Challener

Harriett died 1868.  Vol 6b Page 275, Woverhampton

Harriet's burial-Tettenhall St Michael and All Angels 19 Jan 1868 abode Wightwick, age given as 34

Harriet's father may also have died in 1868 according to Tettenhall burial index?
