Stephen Blight and Mary Kemp

Stephen and Mary were married in Illogan, Cornwall on 24 Mar 1804.  One of their children, Hannah then married James Jeffery on 13 Jul 1840 also in Illogan.  I have been searching and searching for the parents of Mary Kemp.  According to records of here in later census, it seems that Mary was born in Illogan about 1782.  If anyone has any connection or any idea of how to locate her parents I would be very pleased.  It seems that I just meet dead-ends.

If she's the one living with her son John in Illogan on the 1871 census, it gives a yob as 1785, then she could well be

Mary Kemp
d/o
John and Jane
baptised 6 Feb 1785
at Illogan.
