Did James SHARP stay in South Africa?
« on: Tuesday 08 September 15 07:57 BST (UK) »
Hi

How can I find out if a PNE player, James SHARP, who went to Port Elizabeth in South Africa in May 1902, came back or not?

Kind Regards

Forgive my ignorance, but what is a PNE player?  Was he a footballer from Preston North End?  There are a number of James Sharp's at the archives.  Did he possibly have a second name?  Please give us his date and place of birth - that could help.
