Can anyone help me find the parents of Herbert & Rosalie?

Can anyone help me find the parents of Herbert James F. and Rosalie A. Coxen?
Herbert was born in Egham, Surrey, 2q 1900 Windsor 2c 428, and Rosalie was born in Hampton Wick, Surrey, 3q 1894 Kingston 2a 337.

In 1901 they are both living with their grandparents, Charles and Sarah Coxen in Southsea, Hampshire. I have not found a death entry for them yet.
Also I have not found them living in Southsea in 1911.

Mary Ann Coxen married James Herbert Fricker in 1901.

I wonder if this is Herbert in 1911

I can't see a birth record for Fricker.

Do you have the parents names? if not the birth certs will confirm (or are you trying to avoid the cost?)

Do you have their names and you are trying to find them in the censuses?

Rosalie Alice Ethel Coxen named Charles Coxen, shipwright, as her father on her 1915 marriage in Portsmouth to Walter Ernest Chambers, according to a transcription in Andrews Newspaper Index Cards.

I see that Charles & Sarah did have a son Charles Joseph b Mar qtr 1874 who in 1901 was in Kingston with a wife Maude, 21.

Mary Ann Coxen was living with her parents in 1901. So if she married after the census in April Herbert may be her child.
I had seen the link for Rosalie but was not sure.

I do not have the names of the parents, so was hoping to solve the puzzle without buying certificates. I have bought 10 this year and i´m broke.

Charles & Maud married 22 Aug 1899 at St John the Baptist, Hampton Wick.

I have found two children for them after 1911

Herbert seems to have died (Dec qtr 1993 Portsmouth) as Herbert James FRICKER b 13 Apr 1900.

In fact his 1900 birth seems to have been retrospectively re-registered in Mar qtr 1927 as Herbert J FRICKER mmn COXEN - see FreeBMD.

Charles Joseph Coxen married Alice Keattch in Windsor district in 1893.
Alice Ethel Coxen aged 24 death registered Kingston district Dec Q 1896
Alice Keattch birth registered Kingston district 1872
