Fountain Villa

Barbara thinks it may be Thomas Street. You can see this  on the maps linked in reply #3.
It may not have been substantial enough to mark separately on a map.

Fountain Street

There has been development so it is difficult to identify streets but on the side by side map, Fountain Street can be seen.
On the Old Map, it is near the Wesleyan Cemetery and on the new map it would be in the Tyson Street / Thomas Street redevelopment off the A665.

Fountain Street can be clearly seen on the 1848 map that Stan also links to.
