It appears he died 20 July 1965 from injuries when he was struck by a car. The news clippings about the accident gives his address as 774 East Fourth St.

Census records indicate he immigrated in 1910. This may be him on these records. Not familiar with locations given as his last residence or his mother residence.

Thank you so very much for all your help.
Can you find out what happened Mary O'Donnell nee Dempsey?
She was born on 16 Jan 1881 although she says she is 31 on marriage certificate which would make her born in 1888.
