Death Certificates are issued by our Department of Home Affairs.  If you contact the South African Embassy I am sure they will be able to assist you.

Thank you I did see it take up to 6 months really needed it urgently hopefully I get it before then thank you I give it try tomorrow

Sorry to be nosy, but do you need it for research, because if there was an estate you may find it in our archives and then there is a way to get the file. :)
