It may be worth looking for a baptism with father Joseph as there is a 63 year old Joseph Baker (widower) living next to Clement in 1851  :-\

Sorry I have mislead you - it is Sarah Baker not Joseph

That will teach me to try searching without my glasses.  ::)

their son Benjamin Crowter age 20 is lodging in Dinton (1861)
next door there’s  a
Henry Baker age 50 born Dinton one of his children is named Benjamin  :-\

In 1841 there is a Henry Baker in Dinton age 30 - in the same family a Sarah age 50.

In 1841 there is a Henry Baker in Dinton age 30 - in the same family a Sarah age 50.

Perhaps there maybe a naming pattern with the Crowter children  :-\
