*COMPLETED* The "other" Mary Hannah Needham, Chapel-en-le-Frith district
« on: Saturday 19 September 15 17:26 BST (UK) »
I have Mary Hannah Needham born 1878 to John & Mary Needham of Chapel-en-le-frith
In 1901 she is with her brother Joseph's family aged 23 , single
In 1905 she marries Charles Merritt Webster at Newtown Wesleyan, New Mills when she is also described as Spinster

So who is the Mary Hannah Needham who marries William Gordon or James Wildgoose in the Chapel-en-le-Frith district in 1896?
I cannot find a suitable Mary Hannah either before or after this marriage

Is it possible that she married young, was widowed early and reverted to her maiden name/single status?  I also cannot find a suitable death of a husband for her.

Maybe a fresh pair of eyes can spot what I have missed

(Note: the Mary Hannah Needham born June qtr 1878 in the neighbouring district of Ecclesall B died Dec qtr 1878)

Thank You! :)

Amazing what a fresh pair of eyes can find ! I had looked on FS but hadn't found that entry .

That does at least prove it is a different Mary Hannah, even if i cannot sort out exactly who she is!
