Who is Mrs. Patrick Treanor of Tonyfinnigan in 1860's?
« on: Tuesday 22 September 15 19:05 BST (UK) »
I am trying to identify my ggm.  Using the general naming convention, her fist name could be Mary/Anne or derivation.  My gf James Treanor of Rarutagh was sired by Patrick Treanor (ggf) who is listed as coming from Tonyfinnigan on James marriage certificate. Based on census and grave marker we cannot be sure of James birth date., but somewhere in 1863 to 1867.

I hope someone can give me some help.

The parish baptisms for DONAGH which include the townlands you mention, have this baptism March to May 1861,

Jacobeum ( latin variant of James/Jacob) TREANOR son of PATRICUS TREANOR and what looks like ROSA  ? ? McMullen maybe

Thank you Claire.t.  I have perused all the baptisms in that time frame and have come up with several good candidates in Donagh, but that does not give me a definitive answer.  I guess I  am hoping someone who knows for sure will turn up, good Lord willing.
