PEACOCK Genealogy

I am interested in PEACOCK folks that lived and died in Legerwood and Westruther.or very close by.
 I have an Isabel PEACOCK born 1768 in Ledgerwood daughter of Walter PEACOCK.
   She died in 1827.
She was married to John WADDELL .Both buried in Westruther.

I believe she had a brother,Walter born 1766 in Legerwood.
I suspect she well have had a sister Elizabeth PEACOCK born 1771 who was married to Robert ROBERTSON. This couple also buried in Westruther.

Would be interested in other PEACOCK researchers for yeah of nay on my thoughts on my ideas.

I don't have any Peacocks in my tree but see you are interested in the names Bruce and Gillie. I have these in my tree. Both in Berwickshire. Would be nice to see if we are researching the same families.

    From looking at your past posts..I presume you are researching Alison Bruce 1797 & Archibald Johnston…they married in 1821.
  Correct me if I am mistaken.

Yes Ann I am but I have been unable to find Archibald' s parents. I have Alison' s. I am descended from their son, Archibald.
