Market Harborough

My Gt Grandparents, and my mother, lived in Mkt Harborough in the 1920 - 1950s, with my gt grandmother working at Symingtons. I'd be interested to know if there are any electoral rolls for the area available so I can trace where they lived, and if so, where I can access them? Also, are there any employment records for Symingtons still in existence, and if so where can I get to view them?

Electoral registers are held at various libraries and record offices but are only searchable by address - not by name.
