i have been trying to find a marriage for thomas frost and beatrice hinchcliff they are living in annan on the 1851 census there first child thomasina born about 1849 annan thanks

I assume from the 1851 census in Annan, that Thomas was married before?

If any children were born in Scotland after 1854 their birth certificate should give marriage details for the parents.

Anc tree shows this couple on the 1851 Census Ednam Street Annan Dumfriesshire as the parents of Beatrice Hinchcliffe.

William Hinchliffe  60 Born 1791 Eng. Labourer.
Jane Hinchliffe  66 Born 1785 Gretna.
Thomas Hinchliffe  23 Born 1828 Gretna. Labourer.
George Hinchliffe  26 Born 1825 Gretna. Labourer.
Elizabeth Hinchliffe  16 Born 1835 Dornack Dumfries.

There is a Betrix? Hinchcliffe aged 13 living with William and Jane Hinchcliffe in Flosh, Kirkpatrick Fleming in the 1841 census, sounds like the right one? I can imagine there are a lot of name variants for both Beatrice and Hinchcliffe!
