Just a heads-up that the two latter probate files (MOORHOUSE/REID and PETERS) are digitised but FamilySearch have been doing stuff over the last few days and the indexing is all to shot.

Although in a way it's good as it means that they're adding more probates.

Hi again...

At the moment the "Wellington Court probate files" index on Family Search is not working properly. The files from the 1840's through to 1942 have been lumped into a single folder called "Other" whilst files from 1943 to 1956 are being uploaded.

Hopefully this is temporary and the previous 1842-1942 index will return.

If you want you can wander through the "Other" probate files folder. The 1930's seem to be in the 417000 area.

Personally I'd wait until the index is restored as the order of the probate files and the order of the images are not always the same. Also for the last few days this part of the website has been temperamental, to say the least.

Worse comes to worst, if nothing happens soon Spades might be able to get the PETERS probate along with the MCGINLEY probate.
