There is the possibility of someone living in the same zip code area 1974 showing up in US public records - Croydon Bucks born 24 December 1953     Just checked William Fratz was also at the same address 1993  Will send you the info by pm in case you can find out any more.

Thanks Sandra for the pm - in the Philadelphia phonebook there is a email address for someone with the Fratz surname. I have emailed them and will wait for a reply.  If i have no luck i will write to the address given.  I will let you know what happens. Thanks again.

Sent a letter off to G Fratz with my email details. Had a lovely reply confirming he is the grandson of Robert and Catherine Hardie. His sister has the interest in genealogy and has given me her address. So success all round
