Help finding the right William Henry Williams

Hi,

I've just received the actual birth certificate of my great great uncle, Albert Johns.  His birth certificate has him as William Henry Williams, father unnamed and mother Gertrude Johns, born in Germoe, Cornwell on 10 March 1876.  I knew his dob and mother so GRO was able to locate it for me.
Amazingly, ive now also found his baptism record on the Cornwall opc, where his baptism name is William Henry Albert Williams, father William Henry Williams and mother Gertrude. His father as listed as a farm labourer and residence - Huland Cross.

This is a big discovery as we never knew who his father was! Now, how do I find out exactly which William Henry Williams his father was and what happened to him? He never married Gertrude and I can't find any obvious matches.

Can anyone help please?

the residence on the baptism - Herland Cross - is more likely to be of the mother & child. The Johns family were certainly living at Herland Croft in 1861 RG9/1574 folio 31 pg 5.

Herland was in the new parish of Godolphin & plenty of Williams living there
