Hello all

Thanks for your help on this - the photograph shows Yorkshire Roll Call with my relative in, Pt William Arthur Holdsworth of Hunslet Leeds - it says he was seriously ?? (ill?) with C.M.F ?  does anyone know what that means ?

Chondromyxoid Fibroma maybe?  that's what it means now . . .  slow-growing benign bone tumour

 but - what year is this paper?

- the above CMF was only described in 1943 so it is is earlier than that . . .  it will be something else.

Many thanks for your help - date of paper was 7 February 1945 in the Yorkshire Evening Post.

Could be Chronic Mental fatigue abbreviation for CMF.  A term possibly for shell shock etc. Just a thought if it helps
