Condition: in the sale of Ropsley manor by Ralph Kelham to Hickson £100 of the purchase price was left in Hickson's hands to be put out at interest for the benefit of Elizabeth Hudge, Kelham's mother but not of Nicholas her husband. The Kelhams are to save Hickson harmless for any actions arising out of this.
