I am trying to confirm his date of birth and also to establish his parents name and their dates of birth.

Unless they were baptised and the birth date was noted on that.

So it's not clear who they are the son and daughter of.  2 is rather young to be head of the house!
The other two ladies are from Cambridgeshire and unmarried.

Maybe there were two because baptism here for Harry Clayton Green parents James & Eleanor which would fit with having a sister called Eleanor.
