The 1881 isn't very helpful
24 Albion Grove lists
Eleanor L Green daughter head 2
Harry Clayton Green son brother 1
Mary Ann Laughton servant 22
Frances Laughton visitor 45
So it's not clear who they are the son and daughter of. 2 is rather young to be head of the house!
The other two ladies are from Cambridgeshire and unmarried.
Possible birth for her is
Eleanor Lottie Green Mar 1879
Islington 1b 281
The actual image just says Eleanor and Harry are son and daughter, but the transcriber seems to have added the Head. On Ancesty, by transcription of Harry's name it has Brother and nephew in brackets. I don't whether this is a transcriber's assumption or it is an addition made by an Ancestry member who has other information on the family. But it could mean one of the Laughton ladies was the children's aunt and in the house babysitting while their parents were away on census night.
