that's what it looks like

Would be good to find parish register of George & Charlotte's marriage to confirm George was a widower !!!

I think possibly "Elizabeth" Baugh (names Eliza on marriage & census) came from baptism records
There is a baptism for Eliza Baugh -parents Thomas & Mary and a baptism for Elizabeth Baugh parents William & Mary

this is confusing

Baptism Eliza Baugh
19 Dec 1819
Marden Hereford
Parents Thomas and Mary

Baptism Charlotte Baugh
25 July 1819
Marden hereford
Parents Thomas & Mary

yet both girls give father William on Marriage
wonder if this has been mistranscribed or misentered on Marriage cert (as George's father was William??)

then there is this baptism
2 April 1822
Marden Hereford
Elizabeth Baugh
parents William & Mary
possibly this is where the name Elizabeth was found??

but it seems this Elizabeth married John Phillips 1 Nov 1849 Malvern Linc Worcs

and this is her in 1851
Gt Malvern Worcs
John Phillips Head M 30 lab Clifford Hereford
ELIZABETH wife 28 Marden Hereford
George son 11mth Gt Malvern
