Civil registration of births didn't start unitl 1864 so you'd need to know the family's religion and where they lived in order to see if church records exist.
Does her marriage certificate not list father's name and occupation?

Unfortunately it is only the Index and not a picture of the cert.  She got married at Mansfield Unitarian Chapel therefore I doubt if she is Catholic!

You really do need to get the marriage certificate to see the full details. Once you get her father's name and occupation you might have a chance of finding the family since Bracken isn't one of the most common surnames in Fermanagh.

Just to give you an idea- 1901 census only 42 Brackens living in Fermanagh (5 Methodist and the rest Church of Ireland). Changing the search to Brackens born in Fermanagh, rather than just living living there, results are almost all C.O.I. although married woman will have to be taken into account.

Using Griffiths valuation, in 1862 etc in Co Fermanagh you find 6 entries for William Bracken’s , one of which might be yours
