i am trying to find a william ricketts  born down amney 1830

from his marriage to Jane wicks Down Amney  april  1859 no father is listed

witnesses were mary ann dowdeswell  and a Joseph Dean
found a copy on line it looks like Joseph Dean  was the next marriage in june 1859

i cant seem  find him on earlier census 
he is on 1861 census wife jane and a 10 month old son Albert in marston maisey  in wiltshire
this entry says he was born down amney
