Prison records - help wanted please.

Hi everyone. I have found an entry in a list for a Joseph KIELY b.1870 Thurles Tipperary who was in Clonmel prison in 1904.
Can anyone tell me a bit more about it - term in gaol, offence, newspaper article, etc.

Hi. Yes, familysearch is where I got it from. I don't have access to findmypast, and I cannot see any newspaper article at the moment, especially since I don't have a date to go on.

Hi Katherine,

He was arrested on the 15/10/1904 for assaulting M E Kiely. Height 5 ft, brown hair, blue eyes. Wife Ellen living Cooleen.He served 1 calender month released 14/11/1904.
