Looking for Church records, just in case they are not kept in the church or Dublin etc
Ros Davies website http://freepages.genealogy.rootsweb.ancestry.com/~rosdavies/
gives surviving church records as
Church of Ireland, Killyleagh- St John the Evangelist
Records from 1813, graveyard attached, gravestone inscriptions available UHF Vol 6; email me for a look-up in old graveyard
PRONI  church records gives http://www.proni.gov.uk/guide_to_church_records.pdf
C.I. Killyleagh (Down diocese)
Baptisms, 1813-1921; marriages, 1813-1903; burials,
1823-1937; vestry minutes, 1787-1908; burial account
book, 1875-1923; register of vestrymen, 1870-1962;
register of church members, c1880; preachers' books,
1877-1918.
Documents relating to the parish of Killyleagh, 1600-
1850.
MIC1/58A-B
MIC35
Cess applotment, 1827-; churchwardens’ accounts,  etc., 1875-. In local custody
So it might be the record exists only as a microfilm at PRONI.

Then the next question was to find Susan Ross the mother, the nearest clue I could get was
from http://www.ancestryireland.com
births
SUSAN MARY   ROSS   1890   father CHARLES   Down

The irish census 1901  Susan Ross in Co Down included

Ross   Susan   John Street      Downpatrick Urban   Down   11
Ross   Susan   Greencastle St.    Kilkeel   Kilkeel   Down   38

The irish census  1911 Susan Ross

Ross   Susan   Grove Street East   Pottinger (part of)   Down   3   F
Ross   Susan   Shore Street   Donaghadee Urban   Down   34

The irish census  1911 The Killyleagh Ross include two families
11 in Church Hill (Killyleagh, Down)
6 in Cross Street (Killyleagh, Down)
with no mention of Susan
The English census 1911 doesnt appear to include either.

Finally a Molly J Ross b NI 1910 in 1940 is a married mother in Michigan 1940, no relation but reminded me I only looked for Margaret jane and never searched for molly or Susannah etc .. Anyway that’s all I can offer as an attempt to find the birth /baptism recorded, leaving the civil bit GRONI always possible
Lets hope someone can offer moe constructive help

Thank you Myluck and ballyaltikilliganG, her mother married in 1910 to John Morgan I was working on a hunch that the baptism may have been performed in Killyleagh I have the civil birth registration best regards Gerald
