Emigration to USA
« on: Thursday 22 October 15 14:38 BST (UK) »
Hello,
I hope this is posted to the correct place. Does anyone have any advice for pursuing emigration records from Guernsey (to the USA)?
Many thanks

Any particular time frame? A direct route is maybe not likely.

Ellis Island covers New York arrivals 1892-1924 only. Depending on final destination Canada might also have been the country they first travelled to.

www.familysearch.org has some passenger lists.  There are other links here:  http://www.germanroots.com/onlinelists.html
