Hi

Can you give some more details of the parents please - names etc.  The 1891 has an entry for an Annie E Cooper aged 7 b  Ellesborough - parents William & Ann.  I see from your other post that you have Ancestry access so will not post full census details here

Births September qtr 1883
Annie Edith Cooper     Wycombe    3a   606

Annie is not with the family in 1901 - her mother was a widow by 1901

Is Annie the mother of Ernest - the subject of your other post

Possibly check this entry: https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:XW2H-3SQ

A Mildred Cooper appears  in the same area (very similar ) https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:XW2H-3S7

Mildred appears in the 1891 census as Alice M Cooper. aged 1 year.

In the 1881 census, there is an Arthur Leach, who is brother to mother Ann Cooper, so suggesting Ann Cooper was Ann Leach.

William & Ann Cooper had 2 children baptised at Great Kimble. Elizabeth, baptised 1 Aug 1875, Mary Cooper, baptised 13 April 1879.  These two appear in the 1881 census.

I can't see Annie E Cooper in the 1901 census.

Steve. :)
