Perth Trade Directory 1936 lookup please

I am trying to find out more about the Dunbar family from Perth.

I have a birth certificate for R Dunbar was born 1930's at the Maternity Hospital, Dundee.  Father's name not given.  Mother: Margaret Fraser Dunbar, hairdresser, 25 Princes Street, Perth.

I have looked for Margaret's birth in the GRO indexes but not identified an obvious match.

Is there a trade directory or similar that would tell me who lived at 25 Princes Street in Perth in 1936?

There's a death on scotlandspeople.gov.uk for:

Surname - Dunbar
Forename - Margaret Fraser

I left the rest blank apart from age

Year of death 2006

Age is 82 yrs which would fit

This will give you marital info. if indeed she was married & possibly both her parents names providing the informant knew those details.

Haven't searched where but it's not Perth
