I can't see a marriage in Coleraine or Ballymoney area. Was Mary Jane Catholic?

If Mary Jane was Catholic and they married in a Catholic ceremony before 1864 then the marriage won't appear in the civil index. Unfortunately the local R.C. marriages are not online-

Perhaps. I've also heard that this section of my family could maybe have originated in Donegal. Any idea how to search for marriages outside of modern Northern Ireland? I usually use the PRONI website
