I'm unable to find any records on line

BMD registrations from 1.7.1837 are available online.  Members of the public do not have access to information on birth or death certs other than by purchase.

Marriages can be looked up in parish records providing the name of the church is known

marriages & burials look to be covered in the parish records on Findmypast for dates before and after civil registration. Any deposited records would be at the Powys Archives in Llandrindod Wells.
