I took Charles and Emily (born 1855) as Mary Ann's parents on the 1891 Census.

She isn't with them in 1901 but there is a Mary Ann Dyke, kitchen maid, age 19, born Long Melford and working in Paddington, on the 1901 Census. Dyke isn't a transcription error. Wondered if this might be her, being unable to find a Mary/Mary Ann Duce in 1901.
