Hi Jackie

I don't agree with your thoughts on the family disintegrating.

By 1911 most of the children were grown adults.

I shall have a look today for Bart Furey.

Bartholomew, even though it's not a super common Christian name it can be hard to search on as most systems don't seem to throw up the variants on the spelling of it, and there are a LOT.

Anyway, I shall poke around today.

This appears to be Bart in 1911

UGH Letterfrack had a terrible reputation.

There is a 1929 marriage for a Bartholomew Furey marriage in 12 in Mountbellew, Galway.

It could be this guy though  ???

Delia is another name for Bridget and I'm pretty sure that this is her in 1911.

Hi There

I would tread carefully when researching Bart Caulfield.

HUM, a rare Galway name BUT there appears to be 2 men of the same name living at the same time in Galway.

When YOUR Bart's daughter married her father was listed as a labourer.

The other Bart appears to have been a policeman so a lot of Petty Session records show up under this name.
