There are lots more children born to Bart and Ellen in that same parish.

Just go through the register.

Bart and Ellen married in 1851 in Castlegar.

You can see the marriage here

There are other children born to Thomas Furey and Anne Ward.

Just go through the Oranmore parish records.

HA

I thought your Fureys sounded familiar.

My friend is related to them.

James son of Thomas Furey and Anne Ward had a brother called Thomas.

Thomas married into the Ballindooley Fahys (famous down that way)   ;D

Wow, thank you Tara.
this is amazing, it looks like after the death of Katherine/Kate the family disintegrated, it's odd why they would not be living with James & his new wife as her much older boys were. Michael J moved to Birkenhead (possibly Anne Maria) but that seems to be it & then it looks like that was it no more Irish side. The Fureys this side do not seem to have had much luck & infact most tend to have died by their 50's.
I guess Bartly Furey was named after Bartholomew Caulfield, thought he would be easy to track.
Byrne, Butterfield, Gilbert, Sutcliffe, Furey, Alderson, Warham, to name a few!
