Missing BRAN children (possible look up?)

Edward BRAN and his wife Ellen Amelia STARKS married in 1902 and had a dau, Marjorie Ellen in 1903 who died a spinster in 1976.

Edward states in the 1911 that he and Ellen had two children but lost one.  That's a red rag to be because I try to find the missing 

FreeBMD comes up with this possibility:

Conventional logic says this is most likely Edward's lost child.  The BRANs recycle names more than they use naming patterns though.

(There is also the birth of a girl, Hilda Gladys, with the same vol and page ref.  She is NOT Edward's twin sister!)

However, FreeBMD also came up with this child:

Florence fits the criteria so could be Edward's but there is also the possibility she is Edward's neice by his brother Daniel Plat and his wife, Florence Emmeline GATRELL.  Daniel states in the 1911 that he and Florence had no children but this is a man who was not a fan of authority <G>

Thank you Yes, it does help.  I know who she doesn't belong to so I can add her to John and Eva's family as a possible child.

It means Edward b&d 1906 is most likely Edward's and Ellen's lost child.
