Can anyone tell me the difference between a memorial and an indenture? Also help to translate the beginning of this document which is difficult to read?

I believe second line to say - A memorial (abbrev.) of an Indenture of lease and carrying??? date the 1st of January 1827 and made between the ……......George Augustus Marquis of Donegal of the one part and John Lawson of Kilbride in the county of Antrim farmer of the other part thereby after Meeting as therein is receited the P……..  for the …..therein
Can anyone verify or help with some of the words?
I don't know what the top line says......................................... of Deeds and ......
