Elizabeth Harry and William John Minear from St Austell

My Elizabeth Harry bC1845 St Austell , married 9 Feb 1862 . William John Minear.
Elizabeth must have been about 17.
Her parents were John Harry and Maria Hammer.
The 1861 Census has the family transcribed as Harris.Elizabeth 16 is at home Wrstling Green St Austell with her mother and two sisters. Her father is thought to have gone to South America and died there 1865.
Her mother remarried ( twice).
I cannot find what became of Elizabeth now Minear after she married in 1862.
I had hoped to find them on the 1871 or 1881 Census. Perhaps they died.

Can some kind soul help me find them?

That certainly looks like them.
No wonder I could not find them.
No sign of husband William John Minear but given his occupation of Railway laboure he may be away for work.

I think Gertrude's marriage in Canada proves it's the right family

Seems Elizabeth died Cornwall and the kids migrated.
They might have had relatives in Canada.

I have spotted a record for a Susan Jane ( Hancock ) Porter who died Kalamazoo Michigan 1945. aged 90 but born C1855 Beudlay Ontario Canada.
May be unconnected but her father Phillip Hancock and mother Martha Harris from England.

My Henry Harry , innkeeper from St Austell was married to an Elizabeth Ann Hancock.
May be a little obscure but I am sensing Harry/Minear/Hancock connections.
