Parratt/Parrett family, Crickhowell

Greetings, I am searching for any family information related to William Parratt/Parrett, born at Crickhowell, Brechnockshire/Breconshire ~1829.  Birthdate and birthplace are based on information from the 1871 Rogerstone, Monmouthshire census data.  Freebmd.com shows that William Parrett marriage to Hannah Lloyd was registered at Newport District, Monmouthshire, Sept qtr 1867.

Elusive, isn't he,  I am wondering about the christening in partrishow  in 1826 of an Eliza bastard Perott shown on family search, because this is not too far from crickhowell.

More searching familysearch reveals she is the daughter of Thomas Perott and Mary Powel,could your William be a product of this relationship but christened as Powel or Powell

The Patrishow link looks interesting- Thomas and Mary also have a Thomas there in 1835 and there are some other Parrott or similar in the village. However I think Thomas and Mary are over in Cwmyoy at other times, and in 1841 have a William b 1837
