www.scotlandspeople.gov.uk has seven births or baptisms of John Grahams in 1763, or nine if you include surname variants, so even if yours is one of the seven you will need a little more information to work out who he is. If his age was inaccurate and he was actually a year or three older or younger, the challenge is that much greater.

Do you have his marriage record? Does it say who his father was? How do you know he was born in Scotland? What were the names of his children, in order of birth?
Never trust anything you find online (especially submitted trees and transcriptions on Ancestry, MyHeritage, FindMyPast and other commercial web sites) unless it's an image of an original document - and even then be wary because errors can and do occur.

There is a Baptism record for a daughter named Elizabeth, in Castor, 10 March 1793
