Greenkeep Manchester

I have a address for Cecil Street, Greenkeep, Manchester back in the 1950s...can anyone point me in the right direction as to where I might see where Greenkeep was.

There is still a Cecil Street in Manchester off Denmark Road?

There's another one of Trafford Road in Eccles Manchester as well?

No mention of Greenkeep, are you sure you have the right transcription?

Hi again Jennifer ..thanks again for replying...yes have a certificate and the address given is 28 Cecil St, Greenkeep, Manchester....I can't anything on Greenkeep Manchester  ???

I've not hear of an area called Greenkeep.

Are you sure it's Greenkeep? Is it a transcription you're reading it from?

Edited: Oops - I should have read your last post. Are you able to post that part of the certificate that you have so that we can see if it perhaps sheds some light on it?

I have to apologize to you both...just blown up the writing on this certificate and it now looks like Greenkeys/Greenheys... Manchester 15, I am so sorry to have wasted both your time, and thank you both for your replies ...will now look for the correct place ...feel so silly now  🙁

If it's Greenheys it should be the one off Denmark Road as there is mention of. Greenheys near there.
