Son Albert could have been sent "away" in August of that year to Canada?

The above was an Albert Edward Henry Newman from Shoreditch in London. There is no evidence that My Albert Edward ever went to Canada, neither any evidence of him getting married. Rumour in the family was, that he was a cripple. I think he died but omitted from the GRO index. I have two examples of such omissions. Very little was spoken of in the family about the dead children.
