The family is in Winterbourne in 1881 but Walter isn't there: RG11/2508/3/4.

Still in Gloucs in 1891, no sign of Walter: RG12/1991/4/2.

Thank you AVM 228 and Millipede, yes that is the correct Walter Earnest, his parents were Matlida and Henry Pearce.  I wonder should I post a request for someone to do a look up in Winterbourne Downe for his death ? I thought that maybe the church records may have it recorded?
